Many veteran teams have their eye on the prize and several new teams are looking to make their mark this year.  The Liners and Rams flexed their muscle in the Fall Brawl and hope they can carry their success over into the regular season.  The SE Boyz lost only 1 regular season game last year and then another in the playoffs keeping them from advancing.  A new Wrecking Crew team shocked the league with its 3 headed running game and also had a birth in the post season.

The Bombers completed their 2nd undefeated season last year but were almost dethroned by a feisty Comets team, and a physical Liger team who both may have exploited some weaknesses.

In 2008 we say goodbye to The Trenton Predators, a team that stood for what TownBeef was all about.  A team that played in the first games of TownBeef and made the playoffs 2 years in a row.  We wish them luck and hope to see some familiar faces at the games, maybe even one on TV next year!
